Joseph S. Rumbaugh Oration Contest

This scholarship is operated through the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. Only sophomores, juniors or seniors in a parochial or public school may apply. Since 1999 Best Buy has issued approximately $19.7 million in scholarship funds to assist almost 16,000 students with their plans to attend college.
